Access decks are the part the inspector walks up: the deck at the door, the stairs and the rails. We build them to code so that piece of the permit goes through.
Built freestanding
We build on our own footings and posts rather than hanging the deck off the home. A manufactured home settles, and a freestanding deck is not dragged along with it.
