What it is
The belly is the insulated cavity under your floor, held up by the bottom board. When that board tears, the insulation sags, gets wet and stops doing anything, and the floor goes cold. We put insulation back in and close the bottom board up behind it.

Cold floors, a furnace that never catches up, pipes that freeze, or belly wrap hanging down underneath the home.
