Timeline
Most teardowns are 1 to 2 days once we're onsite. Homes with pit sets, attached decks, or stuck skirting can push into day 3. We'll tell you the expected timeline in your written quote.
What can change the price
Access to the home (clearance for moving equipment), whether it's a pit set that needs digging out, what's attached (decks, skirting, awnings), and how far we are from our Olympia base. Written firm quote after the onsite assessment.
Common questions
Do you haul the home away?
No, we don't haul the home ourselves. We prep the home for transport, and we have a trusted hauler network we can connect you with when you're ready. One phone call, one referral, you take it from there.
Who supplies the tongue?
Homeowner supplies the tongue. We install it. If you need help sourcing one, tell us at the assessment.
Can you salvage parts?
Where possible, yes. Tell us what you'd like kept and we'll work it into the plan.
