Timeline

What can change the price
The condition of your existing blocks (if many need replacement), the number of piers, and access under the home. If we find rotten wood or damaged piers during the assessment, we'll give you a separate quote for block or pier replacement, so you decide before we start.
Common questions
How do I know if I need a relevel?
If doors stick, floors feel uneven, or you see cracks in wall seams, you likely need a relevel. Call us for a free onsite assessment.
How often should a mobile home be releveled?
Every 5 to 10 years is typical, depending on soil conditions and your home's age. Wet soil and clay shift more than gravel pads, so Western WA homes often need it sooner than drier climates.
Is relevel the same as reblock?
No. Relevel adjusts existing blocks to bring the home back to level. Reblock replaces damaged or undersized blocks entirely. We only recommend reblock if relevel alone won't hold.
