| Doublewide setup, standard | $7,000 |
| Water connection, add on | $250 |
| Sewer connection, add on | $250 |
Water and sewer connections available at an additional charge. We quote both together or separately on request. Site conditions like trench distance and hookup type can affect the connection price.
Timeline
Singlewide: 1 to 2 days from the time the home is onsite and utilities are ready. Doublewide: 2 to 3 days. We give you a day by day schedule in your written quote.
What can change the price
Three things move the number up or down: site prep (pad condition, access, grade), distance from our Olympia base, and utility complexity (trench length, connection type). We lock the price in writing after the free onsite assessment, so no surprises after we start.
Common questions
Is a permit included?
Permits are separate and paid to the county. We guide you through the permit process for your parcel as part of our service, but the permit fees go directly to the issuing agency.
Do you do singlewide and doublewide?
Yes. Singlewide starts at $3,600 flat, doublewide at $7,000 flat. Triplewide is quoted per job.
What if the pad isn't ready?
We'll tell you at the assessment what needs to change. Most pad prep can be handled by the homeowner or a local excavator. We don't do pad prep ourselves, but we'll point you to what you need.
