Why the Xi2 system
The Xi2 foundation system is engineered for mobile home anchoring. Unlike old auger style anchors that can loosen over time, Xi2 provides tested holding capacity in a wide range of soil conditions, resists frost heave and ground movement, and is accepted for permit inspection across Washington.

Common questions
Are Xi2 tiedowns code compliant in WA?
Yes. Xi2 is engineered and tested for mobile home anchoring and accepted across WA jurisdictions. We document the install so it passes inspection.
Do old anchors need to come out?
Not necessarily. We often leave old augers in the ground if they're not in the way of the Xi2 install. We'll tell you what's cleaner at the assessment.
Do I need tiedowns if I already have piers?
Yes, they're different things. Piers support vertical load. Tiedowns resist wind uplift and ground movement. Code requires both.
